The annual opportunity to find out more about your Society, its Committee and Membership and to vote on the various motions that will be put forward. For the meeting to begin we need a minimum of 40 members (our quorum) to be present. The Society relies on its membership’s participation and support to promote the Society throughout the year.

After the usual break there will be a short talk to complete the evening. Make a note in your diaries.
