Letter from Mrs Raumann about Christchurch Schools 1930s

DESCRIPTION OF RECORD:

Letter from Mrs M.S. Raumann about various schools in Christchurch during the early Thirties: Clonmanron Day School for Girls and Kindergarten (Principal Miss L.Spicer) 48 Stour Road. This was previously a house known as 'Carfax'. Also mentioned is Broadlands School (Principal Miss D.L.Roff), and Clarendon Road Primary School using the Cottage Homes site on Fairmile Road. Cutting from Christchurch Advertiser 22/11/2001 re new Junior School in Clarendon Road.
