Copy of a newspaper cutting dated 8 July 1944. Headline is 'The Foxwood Avenue Accident'. Scene shows demolished bungalows in Foxwood Avenue Mudeford following a tragic flying accident on 29 June 1944 when a fighter bomber aircraft crashed on from the Christchurch Airfield during WW2. 19 people were killed and 24 injured.
